About

Jean-Lou is a hands-on design leader with 15+ years of experience. He specializes in building scalable visual systems and digital products, balancing strategic thinking and high-level craft. He is currently part of the design leadership at Heetch, headquartered in Barcelona.

Prior to joining Heetch, he served as a Director of Visual Design at Carvana, where he led a team of multidisciplinary designers to develop and roll out a new brand identity across marketing, retail, social, and product touchpoints.

Originally from France, Jean-Lou has spent 15 years in North America collaborating with some of the most talented people in the industry on projects ranging from interactive experiences to brand identity and product design for global brands, start-ups, and small businesses.

His past experience includes leading the global redesign of Converse.com while at R/GA in New York and co-leading the visual identity for Google Stadia at Deutsch LA. He has also crafted digital experiences for brands like Nike, Jordan, Taco Bell, and Goldman Sachs.

Along the way, his work has earned global recognition from awards shows such as the Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, One Show, Webby Awards, and D&AD Pencils.
